Shandong Mingtian Machinery Group Joint‑Stock Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007 and is located in Zhangqiu District, Jinan City, Shandong Province. It is a national‑level high‑tech enterprise integrating scientific research, manufacturing and sales.
The group achieves an annual output value of 300 million RMB. Its new manufacturing base covers a land area of over 72,000 square meters with a construction area of more than 40,000 square meters.
The company pursues technological innovation and breakthroughs in multiple industrial fields. It has solved key industry challenges with patented technologies including self‑balancing magnetic levitation bearing technology, dedicated control systems, high‑speed permanent‑magnet synchronous motors, roots blowers, roots‑type steam compressors and complete evaporation systems.
We have obtained more than 50 invention patents and dozens of prestigious honors, such as National Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative “Little Giant” Enterprise, Shandong Gazelle Enterprise and Shandong High‑Tech Enterprise.

Our Story
DEVELOPMENT HISTORY AND FIVE-YEAR PLAN
2007
On January 15th, Shandong Mingtian Machinery Group Joint Stock Co. Ltd. was established, with the trial production of the first Roots blower and vacuum pump successfully completed and official sales launched.
2010
The registered trademark “Shangu” and its logo successfully passed ISO9001 international quality system certification.
2013
The company was recognized as the “Enterprise Technology Center” in Zhangqiu and rated as a Contract-abiding and Creditworthy Enterprise in Jinan City.
2014—2015
Shandong Tomorrow Environmental Protection and Shandong Mingtian Machinery Group Joint Stock Co. Ltd. were founded, the newly built office building was officially put into service, and the enterprise was listed among the “Top 100 Industrial Economy Enterprises” in Zhangqiu City in 2014.
2016—2017
The company was recognized as the “Enterprise Technology Center” in Zhangqiu and rated as a Contract-abiding and Creditworthy Enterprise in Jinan City.
2019
The company was certified as a technology-based small and medium enterprise, honored as a “specialized, refined, and new” SME in Jinan City, and named one of the Top Ten Brands in China’s Wind Turbine Industry.
2021
The group was recognized as one of Shandong Province’s “Gazelle Enterprises”, awarded the title of Jinan City “Green Factory”, ranked among Shandong Province Top 100 Private Enterprises in Innovation, and its High-end Wind Turbine Intelligent Manufacturing & Energy-saving Equipment Upgrade Project of Shandong Mingtian Machinery Group Joint Stock Co. Ltd. was approved as a key project in Jinan City.
2022
The company obtained national-level specialized, refined, and innovative “Little Giant” enterprise qualification, secured an invention patent for compressors used in refrigeration cycle systems, and launched its first maglev blower onto the market.
2023—2024
Shandong Mingtian Machinery Group Joint Stock Co. Ltd. surpassed RMB 170 million in Roots blower sales revenue, Shandong Tomorrow Environmental Protection and Energy Conservation Technology Co., Ltd. exceeded RMB 150 million in revenue in the sewage zero-discharge sector, and Shandong Maglev Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd. achieved a sales breakthrough for magnetic levitation fans.
2025
The group developed products based on magnetic levitation technology and achieved successful listing on the Science and Technology Innovation Board.
2026—2027

The group targets total revenue exceeding RMB 700 million, including RMB 280 million for Shandong Mingtian Machinery Group Joint Stock Co. Ltd., RMB 260 million for Shandong Tomorrow Environmental Protection and Energy Conservation Technology Co. Ltd., and RMB 200 million for Shandong Maglev Energy Conservation Technology Co. Ltd.
